This Shipping & Handling Policy governs the logistics and delivery protocols for physical consumer products purchased through Transparent LLC. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the fulfillment timelines and regional restrictions outlined herein.

1. Sales Tax
All orders processed by Transparent LLC currently apply 0% sales tax. The total amount displayed at the final checkout stage is the conclusive price, inclusive of the product cost and the flat-rate shipping fee.
2. Shipping Method & Fees
We utilize a transparent, flat-rate pricing model for all domestic shipments within the United States:

Note: There are no additional handling surcharges or hidden administrative fees applied to any physical product order.
3. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Before physical products are handed over to our carriers, they undergo a strictly monitored handling phase to ensure order accuracy and secure packaging.
Handling Duration: 1–2 Business Days (Monday through Friday).
This phase includes: Payment verification, physical inventory inspection, and secure logistical preparation. Orders are not processed on weekends or United States federal holidays.
4. Daily Order Cut-off Time
To maintain our 1–2 day handling commitment, the following cutoff time applies:
Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM (PST/PDT)
- Orders received before 2:00 PM begin processing the same business day.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM begin processing the following business day.
- Weekend or holiday orders are initiated on the first subsequent business day.
5. Transit Time & Carriers
Transparent LLC partners with reliable logistics providers to deliver physical goods safely to your destination.
Authorized Carriers: USPS và UPS.
Carrier Transit Time: 3–8 Business Days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 Business Days (Handling + Transit).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to carrier-related delays, extreme weather conditions, or regional logistical interruptions beyond our control.
6. Shipping Coverage
Transparent LLC exclusively ships to addresses within the United States. We do not provide international shipping, nor do we ship to freight forwarding services or non-domestic territories at this time.
7. Order Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Address Verification: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot modify the destination once the order has entered the carrier’s network.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email once the 1–2 business day handling period is complete. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to our Huntington Beach facility due to an incorrect address or refusal, the order will be refunded minus the original $7.48 shipping cost.
