1. Scope of Operations

Transparent LLC is a legally registered entity in California specializing exclusively in the retail distribution of physical consumer products. We do not offer digital goods, intangible services, or subscription-based models. All transactions involve the transfer of tangible merchandise from our fulfillment network to the customer’s designated U.S. address.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

To utilize our platform and purchase physical inventory, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate, current, and verifiable contact and shipping information.
Ensure that your use of our website complies with all applicable U.S. federal and state laws.

Transparent LLC reserves the right to refuse fulfillment to any individual or entity providing fraudulent data or engaging in activities that compromise our operational integrity.

3. Orders & Fulfillment Terms

Every purchase of physical goods is subject to the following logistical parameters:

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM (PST).
Transit Window: 3–8 business days via USPS or UPS.
Shipping Fee: A mandatory flat rate of $7.48 applied to all orders.
Sales Tax: Currently 0% on all domestic transactions.

Order confirmations are sent via email immediately upon successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the physical item is out of stock or if shipping restrictions apply.

4. Payment Protocols

Payment for physical merchandise is processed securely via third-party gateways. We accept:

Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

By finalizing a transaction, you authorize our processors to charge the full order amount. All financial data is handled according to PCI-DSS security standards.

5. Returns & Financial Reimbursements

Physical goods are eligible for return within 24 days of the delivered status, provided they remain in new, unused condition with original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Transparent LLC domain—including corporate logos, descriptive text, and high-resolution product photography—is the exclusive property of Transparent LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution of our proprietary assets is strictly prohibited under U.S. copyright law.

7. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by U.S. law, Transparent LLC shall not be held liable for:

Carrier-related transit delays or weather interruptions.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased physical products.
Fulfillment errors caused by inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Terms of Service agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes or claims arising from transactions with Transparent LLC will be resolved within the appropriate courts located in Orange County, California.
