Returns & Refunds Policy

Transparent LLC is committed to maintaining a transparent and efficient return process for all physical consumer products. This policy outlines the specific criteria for eligibility, timelines, and procedural requirements for returns and financial reimbursements.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, physical goods must adhere to the following mandatory conditions:
- Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 24 days of the “Delivered” status as indicated by carrier tracking.
- Item Condition: Products must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition.
- Packaging: All items must be returned in their original, undamaged commercial packaging.
- Documentation: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of physical products are strictly excluded from our standard return policy:
- Items designated as “Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Customized or made-to-order physical merchandise.
- Items that show signs of usage, damage, or missing original components.
3. Return Procedure
Step 1: Formal Request
Contact our support office at [email protected] with your order number and a clear description of the reason for the return.
Step 2: Authorization
Our staff will review your request. If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Transparent LLC does not accept unauthorized returns sent without prior approval.
Step 3: Physical Shipment
Securely package the item. For “change-of-mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, Transparent LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Step 4: Inspection
Upon arrival at our facility, the physical product will undergo a quality control inspection to verify compliance with this policy.
4. Refund Issuance
Once a return is approved following inspection:
- Refund Timeline: Financial credits are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment source (PayPal or Stripe/Credit Card).
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees ($7.48) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Transparent LLC.
5. Exchanges & Defective Goods
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different products or specifications. Exchanges are strictly limited to replacement for the same product in the event of a documented manufacturing defect.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: In cases where a physical product arrives damaged or does not match the order details, Transparent LLC assumes full responsibility for return shipping costs and will offer a choice of a full refund or a replacement.
